SwiftKey Keyboard comes with support for more than 150 languages. It allows tapping or swipe-to-type. Moreover you get a ton of new emojis with this update. Also, with keyboard predictions based on how you’ve used emoji before.
New themes
As per SwiftKey, they have updated the SwiftKey Keyboard for Android, bringing a fresh look and feel to the app. They have redesigned it with a sleek SwiftKey UI and three new default themes including light, dark and high contrast.
New Languages
SwiftKey has also added six new language models to their library. The new languages include Arabic (Levant), Garifuna, Mongolian (Traditional), Sassarese, Tigrinya, and Zazaki. Earlier, the company had launched transliteration support for Tamil and 7 more Indian languages including Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Telugu and Kannada. Moreover, the latest update comes with hashtag predictions, making it faster and easier for you to type trending hashtags. In order to enable this, you have to type a hashtag and follow the prompts, just like the word prediction.
New Emojis
This update has also added support for Emoji 5.0 which was released by Google last month with Android Oreo. So, in this update, you will get 60 new emojis from Google, if your phone is running on Android Oreo. The full list of new emoji can be found here.
