The upcoming phone from Sony with the model number H8216 has been leaked by a Reddit user. The phone is likely to be the successor of the Xperia XZ1 and might be called as Xperia XZ1S or Xperia XZ2. The leaked screenshot reveals that handset is to sport a full HD display slightly larger than the one on Xperia XZ1. Moreover, there have been rumors that the upcoming Sony flagships will feature bezel-less display. Sony H8216 Specifications

Coming to the specifications, the upcoming Sony Xperia phone will feature a 5.4-inch FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) TRILUMINOS display with X-Reality. In the hardware section, the Sony H8216 will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with Adreno 630 GPU. Further, it will be coupled with 4GB RAM, a 64GB internal memory which is expandable up to 256GB with a microSD card. Coming to the cameras, the upcoming Sony H8216 device is expected to feature dual 12MP rear cameras. It will have a 15MP front-facing camera with 1/3″ Exmor RS sensor, wide-angle lens, with f/2.0 aperture. It will run on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box. The phone is also said to be water resistant with IP65 or IP68 certification. The phone will feature a 3,130mAh battery with fast charging and Qnovo Adaptive Charging support. As of now, this is just a leak and Sony hasn’t said revealed regarding its upcoming flagship smartphone.
