Creo was started by Sai Srinivas Kiran G, and Shubham Malhotra, both of whom have previously worked for Hike. The deal has been locked for an undisclosed amount and the objective behind the deal is also unknown.
Creo After The Deal
Since Hike has acquired Creo, the hardware manufacturer is expected to manufacture certain equipment for the Instant messaging service provider. Hike has lately updated the hike messenger to support video stories.
