The Questions and Answers section has been made keeping in mind that users often tend to Google for questions regarding places on Google Search. However, there are some answers which can actually be better answered by the community of users. This would also open doors for organizations to communicate with prospective customers and/or visitors better. The introduction of Questions and Answers Section on Google Maps is a good feature as it empowers the users to interact with the businesses in a better, more meaningful way.
