Celkon Win 400 comes with a modest 4 inch WVGA (480 x 800) display and is powered by 1.3 GHz Snapdragon 200 quad core MSM 8212 chipset with 512 MB RAM and 4 GB expandable internal storage. At the software front, Celkon Win 400 runs Windows Phone 8.1 OS. It’s a dual SIM smartphone with a basic 5 MP rear camera and a 1.3 MP front shooter. Win 400 measures 125.4 x 65 x 10.3 mm and weighs just 121 grams. All hardware will be powered by a 1500 mAh battery. Other features include 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS.
